摘要
70年代以前,对鱼类PGCs的研究,几乎都是在光镜水平上进行的。70年代以来,开始利用电镜等方法对鱼类PGCs进行研究,并取得了一些突破。本文主要综述国内外对鱼类原生殖细胞(Pri-mordial germ cells,PGCs)的研究情况,尤其是70年代以来在这方面的一些新的研究进展。
The purpose of this paper is mainly to describe the studies of the primordialgerm cells(FGCs)of fishes at home and abroad,specially,to describe some newprogress in this aspect since 1970s.
