摘要
本文对安农S-1水稻光温敏不育系不同育性时期花药、花粉进行了电镜观察。结果表明,可育季节花药充实粗壮,开裂正常。可育花粉率达70%以上。高温长日照的不育季节花药干瘪瘦小,花药不开裂,花粉发育停止在单核期,为典败花粉,不育率达100%。由可育转变为不育过程中,花药由充实粗壮转变为干瘪瘦小,由黄色转变为白色,由正常开裂转变为不开裂。绒毡层内表面乌氏体由结构清晰转变为乌氏体上沉积着很多物质。花粉由可育转变为典败,花粉萌发孔由正常转变为异常。当由不育转变为可育时,花药和花粉的变化与前述变化方向相反。
Investigation was made on anther and pollen of Annong s-1(Indica Type)phot-operiod and temperature sensitive genic male—sterile rice by scanning electron—mic-roscope.During the fertile stage,anther was full and slipted well,the rate of fertilepollens was up to 70% and over.In the high temperature and long—day sunshine, however,anther was slender and thin and did not slipt,pollens stopped developpingat monkaryon stage and the rate of sterile pollens was 100%.While fertility trans-formed from fertile stage into sterile stage,these phenomena could be seen:yellowfull anther changed gradually to white thin,normai dehiscent anther was becomingnot dehiscent,clear ubish body on the surface of taputum became unclear for something precipitated on it,fertile pollens inverted sterile pollens and normal aperturebecame abnormal,but changes stated above were contrary while fertility transformedfrom sterile stage to fertile stage.
