摘要
以常规水稻湘早籼1号、晚粳6647为对照,研究了威优35等5个杂交水稻组合种子活力在贮藏过程中变化规律.结果表明:杂交水稻种子活力下降速度比常规水稻快;耐贮性差的水稻种子抗人工老化的能力低;在种子劣变过程中超氧物歧化酶活性逐渐减弱,丙二醛含量逐渐增加;干燥器贮藏种子可减缓种子活力下降的速度.
Vigour indexes of the new hybrid rice seeds were higher as compared withthat of the common rice seeds.But germination rates and vigour indexes of hybird rice seedsdecreased more rapidly than those of common rice seeds during the seeds storages.Similarchangs were also found during the artificial acceteraled aging of seeds.As the time of seeds storage went by,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity in embryo ofrice seeds decreased gradually.On the contrary,the malondialdehyde(MDA)content in theembryo of rice seeds increased gradually.“Dry Vessel Storage”was able to slow the decrease of the vigour of rice seeds.
