摘要
目前,我国高校媒介经营管理的课堂教学与媒介对人才的实际需求之间出现了明显的脱节。克服这一弊病的一个有效途经就是在教学中引入相关案例,并且精选案例。教师在进行媒介经营管理案例的选择时,应做到教学性与实用性相结合、典型性与普遍性相结合、时代性和历史性相结合、全球化与本土化相结合。经过这样择选的案例,将有助于提高教学效果,也有利于学生顺利实现理论知识向实践能力的升华。
At present, there is a gap between the college classroom teaching of media management course and the actual demand of media personnel in China. One effective way to change the present situation is to introduce and select the relevant cases carefully. If the cases combine teaching and practicality, typical and universality, contemporaneity and historic, globalization and localization, they will not only help improve teaching effectiveness, but also conducive to the smooth realization of the students theoretical knowledge to practical ability of sublimation.
