摘要
中子发生器是脉冲中子仪器的技术关键,密封高压是中子发生器的主要组成部分,密封高压所采用的倍压电路是密封高压的关键技术。在倍压电路中,电容串上各电容上承受的电压是不均匀的,在设计过程中,电容上的耐压额定值的选择,带有很大的盲目性。因此设计并实验了倍压电路在低压情况下电容串的电压分布,推算出一套简便易行的电容电压分布的理论公式,并将实际测量与理论计算进行对比,吻合程度较为理想。据此,推算了-100kV高压电容串上的电压分布,为电容的选择提供了理论依据。
Neutron generator is the technology key of the pulsed neutron instrument.The seal high voltage is an important element,and the multiplier is the key of the seal high voltage.The voltage of the capacity string isn't well distributed.We designed and tested the multiplier in low voltage,got an easy and simple series of theory about capacity distribution,and compared measuring result with the theory.There is no obvious difference between the result and calculation.in accordance with the above views,the capacity voltage of-100kV high voltage capacity string was mathematically calculated,which gives strong backing to the theory.
