摘要
针对前纺采用重定量工艺生产时细纱出现的严重机械波问题进行分析和试验,得出:由于定量过重使牵伸机构的牵伸力增加过大,引起后罗拉后部的运转出现扭振问题。通过对粗纱机的牵伸齿轮进行重新设计改造,对粗纱机牵伸工艺、特别是后区牵伸倍数进行了优化试验,找出了适应重定量牵伸的最佳工艺方案。指出前纺采用重定量工艺时必须视设备性能优化牵伸工艺,不能千篇一律。
Analysis and test are done to the serious problem of mechanical wave in process of big ration in front section. It is found that much increase of draft force on the big ration drafting mechanism leads to twisted vibration in the operation of the rear part of the rear roller. Through the innovated design of the drafting gear and optimization of the drafting process and drafting multiply in the rear section,the best solution is found for the big ration drafting process. Big ration draft in the front section must be in accordance with the equipment performance.
