摘要
根据政府招标中存在的模糊性,应用模糊综合评判的知识和招标评定的量化指标,利用优序图法确定了权重向量,建立了政府采购招标的一种二级模糊综合评判的数学模型.用此种模糊综合评判方法,使政府采购招标工作更加公正、合理、科学.
Based on the fuzzy analysis in government purchase and bidding,a new weigh vector has been defined with knowledge of fuzzy synthetic evaluation and superiority chart. The mathematics model of the two-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation has been constructed. The model is more reasonable and scientific in government purchase and bidding.
