摘要
综合置信度思想(描述两个事物关联的程度)和权值归一化的思想,提出新的确定权重的方法,以置信度得到一个因素对另外一个因素的重要程度,再进行归一,最终得到每个因素的权重.将这种确定权重的方法应用到多级模糊综合评价方法中的权重计算,依此对多级模糊综合评价方法进行了改进.并将这种改进的模型引入供应链信息化程度的评判,提出二级评判因素结构,以例说明这种改进模型的计算过程.
This paper has, on the basis of combining confidence and weight normalization, proposed a new method to determine weight which obtains the importance of one element upon the other element from the confidence, then normalizes and gets every element＇s weight. This method is used into multi-level blurry comprehensive evaluation method so as to improve it. The improve method is introduced into the evaluation of supply chain informationization, then a secondary evaluation element structure is put forward with an calculation example.
