摘要
以苯基苯并咪唑作为荧光发射团,合成了三种检测巯基的新型荧光化合物.在基本荧光发射团上分别引入了羧酸基;酯基;双键活性基团.提高了探针分子的水溶性,脂溶性和生物相容性.并探索研究了与巯基类化合物反应后的光谱特性.
A convenient method to synthesize three kinds of novel 2-(2-hydroxyphenyl) benzimidazole in order to improve the solubilities of the fluorophores with substituent(s) of carboxyl, ester and double-bond which are aimed for determining the sulfhydryl group was reported. The corresponding photo-physical properties were characterized by ultraviolet absorption and fluorescence spectra in methanol.
