摘要
本文以行业特色高校会计本科专业的培养目标为研究对象,采用对比分析和环境分析研究方法,在首先肯定了行业特色高校会计本科专业具有鲜明的工程和企业背景,而且在长期的发展中为地方和行业会计经济发展发挥了重要作用的基础上,通过对中、美、日三国会计本科专业培养目标的对比研究,提出了行业特色高校会计本科专业必须以应用性人才培养为核心,认真处理好会计技术与会计理论、教育环境与教育规律、知识能力素质等方面的重大关系,并且要从教育教学理念的创新、专业建设战略以及学科平台的构建等几个重要方面着手,保证行业特色高校会计专业本科教育目标的实现。
The article study the undergraduate education goal of accounting major for the characteristic university ＆ college. On the basis of recognition of its distinctive engineering and business background, we deem that the accounting undergraduate major of the characteristic university ＆ college has played an important role on local economic development and the industry accounting development in its Long - term development. Through the comparative study of the undergraduate accounting education goal between the United States, Japan and china, and use comparative analysis and environmental analysis methodology, we point out that the application personnel training is its core education goal and must seriously handle the important relationships between accounting technology and accounting theory, the environment and education laws, the quality and the intellectual capacity. We realize the goal of the undergraduate education goal of accounting major for the characteristic university ＆ college from the innovation of education concept, professional development strategies, construction of disciplines platforms and other important aspects .
