摘要
业务流程外包(BPO)产业是目前国内外竞争的焦点之一,如何选择适合自身的运作模式越来越受到企业的重视。文章从三个角度对国内外BPO运作模式进行了归纳总结,并结合浙江省实际情况,分别对发包方和承包方的运作模式提出建议,认为有多年外贸经验的企业可以直接承揽海外公司的外包业务;对软件行业而言,可以考虑成立外包联盟;实力较强的外包企业可通过并购模式,扩大业务范围。就浙江省BPO产业整体而言,只有打造区域品牌,增强核心竞争力,加强与国内其他地区的交流与合作,才能进一步发展壮大。
BPO industry has become one of the focuses in the world' s competition. People pay more attention on the choice of its operation mode. Combining the practices of Zhejiang Province, this paper summarizes the BPO operation modes from three angles, and respectively provides suggestions to the operation modes of contractees and contractors. The conclusions of this paper make senses to the development of IT, clothing outsourcing and BPO. For BPO industry of Zhejiang Province, must createing its own famous model, strongthening core competition and improving exchange and co - operation with other provinces, the BPO industry of Zhejiang Province will develop healthly and rapidly.
