摘要
本文通过分析比较河南省在中部崛起中的外部环境及其优劣势,指出制定符合实际的未来发展战略,即发挥优势,克服不足,利用机会,化解风险。
Through the analysis and comparison of the internal unfavourable conditions and the opportunites and advantages of the external environment of Henan Province, it formulates the future developing strategiex in consistence with the competition subject, develops the advantages, overcomes the shortcomings, makes use of the opportunites and breaks up the risks using the SWOT analysis method.
