摘要
本文介绍用日立835-50型氨基酸分析仪测定茶氨酸的方法。本法简便快速,分离率高,重现性好,实际应用效果良好。
In this paper a method for rapid determination of theanine in tea is described by usinghigh speed amino acid analyser (Hitachi model 835-50) with a column of 4×154mm and a IPH-1 sodium citrate buffer in which 25% of water and 5% ethyl alcohol (V/V) were added, at70℃.
