摘要
文章通过回顾区域零售连锁企业赢利模式现状,以亚德里安.斯莱沃斯基提出的赢利模式理论为分析框架,对区域零售连锁企业的赢利模式进行了优化:(1)立足区域市场:(2)提供增值服务;(3)协调供应链条;(4)理解消费需求。以期能够弥补相关领域的研究缺陷,也能够对区域零售连锁企业的发展有所裨益。
