摘要
零售企业盈利模式是企业在为顾客创造价值并帮助供应商实现利润的同时,实现在利益分配中占据主导地位、获取利益的一种盈利方式。现有的零售企业盈利模式主要有"商品毛利"模式、"后台毛利"模式和"资本经营"模式三种。这三种盈利模式在竞争日趋激烈的买方市场下呈现出局限性,未来零售企业必须通过优化价值链也就是优化整合"与供应商信息分享—自有品牌开发—信息和物流系统建立—为顾客提供增值服务—与竞争者建立合作关系"等整个过程,来寻找新的利润增长点。
The profit model of a retail enterprise is a means for an enterprise to earn the profit with its dominant position in profit distribution while it creates value for customers and helping suppliers to achieve profits.There are three typical profit models of retail enterprises: "commodity gross profit" model,"background gross profit" model and "capital management" model.The three profit models have limitations in an increasingly competitive buyers' market.Retail enterprises have to find a new profit growth point in the future through the optimization of value chain which means the optimization and integration of a whole process to "share information with suppliers,develop privately-owned brands,establish information and logistics systems,provide value-added services for customers,and establish cooperation with competitors".
