摘要
成人高等教育是我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分。关注成人高等教育质量,对于促进高等教育大众化的可持续发展和人的全面发展意义重大。为了保障成人高等教育质量,一方面通过理顺成人高等教育发展关系、构建适合成人高等教育特点的课程体系、健全成人高等教育管理机构、完善成人高等教育管理制度等,加强其质量控制;另一方面根据成人高等教育质量评价特点,从成人高等教育管理机构、实施机构、教学站点等方面,构建成人高等教育质量评价体系,确保全面提高成人高等教育教学质量和办学效益。
Adult higher Education is an essential part of the higher education system in our country. To pay attention to the adult higher education makes great sense for the contribution to the sustainable development of higher education popularization and the overall development of human beings. To ensure the adult higher education quality, we should, on the one hand, reinforce the control of education quality by making clear the relationships of the development in adult higher education, establishing a curricular system suitable for adult higher education characteristics, and perfecting the adult higher education management system and mechanism, etc;on the other hand, on the basis of the quality evaluation characteristics of adult higher education, we should construct a system for evaluating its quality and make an all-round improvement in its teaching quality and effects in terms of its management and implementing organizations, teaching centers, etc.
