摘要
利用收集气体法考察了无汞碱性锌锰电池在连续放电和间歇放电过程中润湿碱的用量及浓度对电池析气行为的影响。实验结果表明:对于LR6型碱性锌锰电池,采用浓度为42%用量为1.3g润湿碱时实验电池在连续放电和间歇放电过程中析气量较小;当放电时间占总放电时间的25%时,电池易于发生气胀、漏液现象。
The effects of wetting alkali on the behavior of gas evolution of mercury-free alkaline Zn- MnO2 battery were experimented by the method of collecting gas during the process of continuous discharge and intermittent discharge. The results showed that the volume of gas evolution of the test battery was small when 1.3g 42% alkali was added into the battery. Gassing and leakage of alkaline Zn-MnO2 battery happened more easily when intermittent discharge time was to 25% of total discharge time.
