摘要 介绍了实验室进行的薄板坯连铸连轧Fe-3.2%Si硅钢板的试验模拟研究工作,分析了铸坯等轴晶粒组织和偏析,观察了热轧后显微组织轧后组织、抑制剂形貌以及热轧后织构组织等,这些试验研究结果为短流程生产电工钢的工艺技术开发和降低成本等提供了理论依据和参考数据。 The experimental simulation research work on the Fe -3.2% Si silicon steel strip was presented in the paper. Including casting slab grain microstructure, chemical composition deflection, microstructure of hot rolled strip, inhibitors morphology and tissue structure. The research works were useful and the base to develop the thin slab continuous casting and direct rolling technology of electrical steel.
