短流程生产板带材的新模式

摘要 本文介绍了以熔融还原—转炉—连铸—热轧—冷轧组合生产板带材的短流程工艺新模式,并以详尽数据将熔融还原与直接还原,新流程与传统短流程(直接还原—电炉—连铸—热、冷轧)作了对比,表明新流程在生产品种、能耗、成本、效益诸方面均具优越性。 The present paper describes the new process model of mini mills for producing steel strips through smelting-reduction—converter—continuous casting—hot-rolling—cold-rolling. Detailed data Were used to compare the smelting-reduction with direct reduction and the new process with conventional ones (direct reduction—EF—continuous casting—hotand cold-rolling), which demonstrates that the new process has many advantages in the respects of varieties, energy-consumption, cost and benefits, etc.
