雪灵芝提取物对HepG2.2.15细胞株HBsAg与HBeAg表达的影响 被引量:9

The Effects of Extracts from Arenaria kansuensis on the Levels of HBsAg and HBeAg in HepG2.2.15 Cells

摘要 目的:探讨雪灵芝提取物对HepG2.2.15细胞株HBsAg与HBeAg表达的影响。方法:应用HepG2.2.15细胞系培养系统检测雪灵芝提取物对HBsAg与HBeAg表达的影响。结果:雪灵芝醇提物和水提物各剂量组(50~400mg/L)孵育HepG2.2.15细胞株72、96h后抑制了HBsAg和HBeAg的表达(与正常对照组比较,P〈0.01),并呈浓度和时间依赖性。其中雪灵芝醇提物在实验72、96h对HBeAg最大抑制率分别为63.2%和90.8%;雪灵芝水提取物在实验96h对HBsAg和HBeAg的最大抑制率分别为52.5%和72.8%。结论:雪灵芝醇提物和水提物体外均有咀显的抗乙肝病毒作用,但醇提物细胞毒性较大,而水提物作用确切且毒性较低。 Objective : To investigate the anti-HBV effects of the extracts with alcohol and water from Arenaria kansuensis in vitro. Methods : HepG2. 2. 15 ceils were used to estimate the effects of the extracts with alcohol and water from Arenaria kansuensis on the levels of HBsAg and HBeAg in medium by ELISA. Resuhs : Incubation of HepG2. 2.15 cells with both the extracts with alcohol and water from Arenaria kansuensis (50 - 400 mg/L) for 72 and 96h significantly inhibited the levels of HBsAg and HBeAg. The maximum in- hibiting rate of HBeAg from the Arenaria kansuensis extracts with alcohol was 63.2% and 90. 8% at 72h and 96h, respectively. Meanwhile, the Arenaria kansuensis extracts with water had obvious inhibitory effects on the levels of HBsAg and HBeAg in HepG2. 2. 15 cells at 96h, compared with that of the control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The maximum inhibiting rates were 52. 5% and 72. 8%, respectively. Conclusion:The extracts with water from Arenaria kansuensis has obvious anti-HBV effects in vitro.
