摘要
目的:研究白根独活抗菌有效部位的化学成分。方法:利用反复硅胶柱层析法和重结晶法对其进行分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果:从白根独活抗菌有效部位分离了7个化合物,即bisabolangelone(Ⅰ)、异欧前胡素(Ⅱ)、氧化前胡素(Ⅲ)、异氧化前胡素(Ⅳ)、水合氧化前胡内酯(Ⅴ)、佛手柑内酯(Ⅵ)、栓翅芹烯醇(Ⅶ)。结论:Bisabolangelone(Ⅰ)为首次从白根独活中分离得到,化合物Ⅱ~Ⅶ均为线性呋喃香豆素。
Objective : To study chemical constituents of antibacterial activity fraction of Angelica polyrnorpha. Methods :Com-pounds were isolated by repeatedly silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization, Their structures were identified by physical and chemical evidences and spectral methods, Results : Seven compounds were obtained from the antibacterial activity fraction, their structures were elucidated as : bisabolangelone ( Ⅰ ), isoimperatorin ( Ⅱ ), oxypeucedanine (Ⅲ ), isooxypeucedanine ( Ⅳ), oxypeucedanin hydrate ( Ⅴ ), bergapten ( Ⅵ), pabulenol ( Ⅶ ). Conclusion : Bisabolangelone ( Ⅰ ) is obtained from this plant for the first time. Compound ( Ⅲ ) - ( Ⅶ ) belong to linear furanocourmarins.
