摘要
针对某轿车白车身概念设计要求,建立了白车身静态刚度试验测试系统并提出了理论计算方法,利用该测试系统对该轿车白车身的弯曲刚度和扭转刚度进行了试验测试,得到了静态工况下的刚度及关键部位的刚度变化规律,试验测试结果与实际CAE计算结果吻合。找到了该轿车白车身刚度不足的问题,从而指出了该车型概念设计阶段的改进方向。
In this paper, static stiffness test system was established and theoretical calculation method was proposed based on conceptual design requirement of a car body-in-white （BIW）. Bending stiffness and torsional stiffness of the car BIW were tested with this test system, and change rules of the static stiffness and key part stiffness of BIW in static bending conditions were obtained, test results coincides with the real CAE calculation results. Insufficient stiffness of the car BIW is found, pointing out the direction of improvement of this car model in conceptual design stage.
