摘要
在满足欧Ⅳ排放法规的汽油机上对3种不同烯烃含量汽油的排放性能和燃烧特性进行了试验研究。试验研究结果表明:随着烯烃含量的升高,发动机的THC排放降低,将汽油中的烯烃含量从10%提高到25%,可以降低THC排放18%,而对NOx和CO排放的影响与发动机转速有关,但影响幅度不大;在小负荷时,烯烃含量对发动机的燃烧特性没有明显影响,在大负荷时,提高烯烃含量能加快燃烧,缩短着火落后期和燃烧持续期;在所研究范围内,烯烃对催化剂的初始转化效率没有影响。
An experimental study on the emission and combustion characteristics oi a gasohne engine, meeting Euro IV emission standard and fueled with three different contents of olefin, is conducted. The results show that as the olefin content increases, the total hydrocarbon(THC) emission decreases. When olefin content increases from 10% to 25%, the THC reduces by 18%. The influence of olefin on NOx and CO emissions is not significant and depends on engine speed. At low load, the olefin content has no marked effect on combustion characteristics, while at high load, the combustion speeds up and the ignition delay and combustion duration shorten with the increase of olefin content. However olefin has no effect on the conversion efficiency of fresh catalyst in the range of study.
