摘要
在模块化生产模式下,产业价值链上的价值开始不断向上、下游转移,设计因此而成为企业价值增值的关键环节,设计竞争也成为企业竞争的主旋律。价值寻求是模块化设计演进的本质,设计竞争则是其核心催动力,它一方面推动模块化设计生物进化式的自然演进,表现为渐进式演进模式;另一方面,激发设计主体的主观能动性,驱动模块化设计以突变方式演进,表现为跳跃式演进模式。汽车产业是模块化设计竞争与设计演进的典型案例。
Design competition is the main melody of enterprise competition in the industry mode of operation represented by modularity. Whether a design can acquire advantages in competition depends on the performance of paradigm design in aspects of continuity, cot'relativity, innovation, customer's value creation and cost level. Therefore, a "5C model" is constructed for design competition analysis. Being core impetus of modular design evolution, on the one hand design competition drives modular design to evolve naturally like biological evolution as the mode of gradual evolution; on the other hand it inspires subjective initiative to drive modular design to evolve abruptly as the mode of leaping evolution. Auto industry is a typical case of modular design competition and design evolution.
