摘要
目的探讨利用计算机辅助设计与制造技术进行个体化塑形颅骨缺损修补术的临床价值。方法将患者颅骨缺损CT数据在计算机上分别进行三维重建,采集颅骨缺损部位的三维几何模型数据,应用人工智能技术,利用模具将二维钛网压制成形,用成形好的钛网修补颅骨缺损。结果术中医师塑形工作量、麻醉及手术操作时间明显减少,术后无1例出现因塑形欠佳造成的并发症,复查头颅CT修复后的颅骨形状与原颅骨形状完全一致。结论颅骨缺损修补手术应用计算机辅助塑型二维钛网颅骨修补材料实现了按人配置修补颅骨缺损,使患者颅骨缺损修补后头颅形状恢复生理原貌,患者满意度100%,此方法值得应用与推广。
Objective To study the clinical value of computer-aided designation(CAD)of individual shaped in repairing skull defects. Methods Twenty patient who suffered from skull defect were treated and cured in my hospital from january 2006 to May 2008 .The CT data were distinguishly 3-D reconstructed before and after craniectomy. So we got 3-D geometric model of skull defect. Then. we designed a geometric shape of patch and made the dice of both concavity and convex by intellectual technology, finally we got the dice to shape titanium armor plates before operation. Results Neurosurgeons/shaping workload, anaesthetic and operational time were decreased significantly compared to traditional handwork shaping. There was no complication for the shaping below the mark. patients regained original shapes of cranial bones. Conclusions We implemented individual treatment to repair skull defect by computer-aided designation. The satisfaction rate of patients approaches 100% after operation. So it is a good method and can be recommended clinically.
