摘要
目的了解HBsAg阳性人群中血清肿瘤相关物质（Bo Xin serum Tumor associated Material，BXTM）水平的情况，为BXTM的临床应用提供依据。方法检测746例HBsAg阳性人群、16例肝癌患者和279例健康成人的BXTM浓度，比较不同年龄、性别及肝功能损害程度的HBsAg阳性人群之间以及与肝癌组、健康对照组之间BXTM水平的差异。结果HBsAg阳性人群BXTM水平有随年龄上升而增高的趋势，肝功能受损时BXTM水平无明显变化。肝癌组BXTM水平明显高于HBsAg阳性和健康对照组；HBsAg阳性人群与健康对照组BXTM水平无差别。结论HBsAg阳性人群BXTM水平与健康人群无差异，明显低于肝癌患者；BXTM水平不受乙肝病毒携带和肝功能异常的影响。
Objective Understood that in the HBsAg masculine crowd the Bo Xin serum Tumor associated Material（BXTM） level＇s situation, is the BXTM clinical practice provides the basis. Methods Examines 746 example HBsAg masculine crowd, 16 example liver cancer patient and 279 example healthy adult＇s BXTM density, compared with disparity in age, sex and between liver function extent of damage HBsAg masculine crowd as well as with liver cancer group, between healthy control group BXTM level difference. Results HBsAg the masculine crowd BXTM level has the tendency which advances along with the age rise, the liver function suffers injury when the BXTM level changes not obviously. Liver cancer group BXTM level is higher than the HBsAg masculine gender and the healthy control group obviously; The HBsAg masculine crowd and the healthy control group BXTM level does not have the difference. Conclusion HBsAg the masculine crowd BXTM level and the healthy crowd do not have the difference, is lower than liver cancer patient obviously; The BXTM level is not carried the hepatitis B virus with the liver function unusual influence.
