摘要
目的探讨雾化吸入雷公藤内酯醇对哮喘豚鼠气道反应性的影响,观察它对于哮喘的治疗作用。方法选择18只豚鼠,随机分为3组,每组6只。哮喘组:10%卵清蛋白诱喘制模。雷公藤组:诱喘同时予雷公藤内酯醇(8μg·ml^-1×10ml)雾化吸入30分钟,1次/日×7天。以生理盐水雾化为对照组。7天后,测定气道反应性。结果哮喘组气道反应性明显大于对照组(P〈0.05),与哮喘组相比,雷公藤组气道内压明显减少(P〈0.05),气道反应性没有明显差异。结论雾化吸入雷公藤内酯醇对哮喘有一定治疗作用。
Objectives To study the effect of inhaling triptolide on asthmatic cavy airway reactivity, and observe the therapeutical effect in asthmatic model. Methods 18 cavies are randomly divided into 3 groups. Each group has 6 cavies, ln the asthma group, 10% egg albumins were used to induce asthma. In the triptolide group, sprayed triptolide (8 μg·ml^-1 × 10ml) was used after asthma models were ready. Inhaling time is 30 minutes, one time every day, The whole course is 7 days. Sprayed normal saline is used in control group. After 7 days, airway sensitivity is tested. Results Airway sensitivity of asthma group is obviously higher than the control group (P〈0. 05).Compared with the asthma group, intraairway pressure of triptolide group obviously decreased(P〈0.05).rhey had no obvious difference in airway reactivity. Conclusion Inhaling of triptolide has some treating effect on asthma
