摘要
图书馆及社会各界的传统人事管理与现代人力资源管理有丰富的内涵,通过对两种管理模式的员工思想工作、员工行为规范约束、常规管理、开发管理、创新管理等主要管理内涵的优缺点作比较,可以得出由现代人力资源管理必然改造传统人事管理以及由两种管理的优胜面组建成新型管理模式的结论。
In library and community, the traditional personal management and the modem human resource management are rich in connotation. With the connotation comparison of advantage and disadvantage of two management models, in which include ideological work of staff, the employees code of conduct for bound, conventional management, development management, innovation management and other key managements, we can get the conclusion that the traditional personal management, will be: replaced by the modem human resource management, and according to the superior aspects of two management models, the late management model can be set up.
