摘要
目的分析淮北市结核病控制项目10年的效果以及取得成效的原因。方法收集、分析1998～2007年淮北市结核病控制项目资料。结果1998～2007年发现活动性肺结核病人12058例,其中涂阳肺结核病人5539例,新发涂阳4414例。活动性肺结核登记率由1998年的19.23/10万上升至2007年的83.89/10万;新发涂阳肺结核登记率由1998年的5.36/10万上升至2007年的43.61/10万;初治涂阳肺结核病人治愈率由1998年的69.77%上升至2007年的97.18%。结论淮北市实施结核病控制项目成效显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of the tuberculosis control project in Huaibei City. Methods The data of the tuberculosis control project in Huaibei City from 1998 to 2007 were collected and analyzed. Results There were 12058 cases with active tuberculosis discovered. There were 5539 pulmonary tuberculosis with smear-positive, and 4414 new cases with smear-positive. The notification rate of active tuberculosis cases was 19.23/100,000 in 1998, up to 83.89/100,000 in 2007 ; The notification rate of new smear-positive eases was 5.36/100,000 in 1998, up to 43.61/100 000 in 2007 ; The cured rate of initial treatment cases was 97. 18% in 2007, and it was 69. 77% in 1998. Conclusion Satisfactory results have been achieved of the tuberculosis control project in Huaibei City.
