摘要
目的了解河南省城市中学生网络使用情况及其影响因素,为指导中学生戒除网瘾、培养正确合理的网络行为提供依据。方法采取分层整群抽样法,应用"中国青少年健康相关行为调查问卷",对河南省城市中学生12 641名进行问卷调查。结果河南省城市中学生上网报告率为76.2%,男生上网率(82.3%)明显高于女生(70.7%);网络成瘾倾向报告率为12.2%,男生(18.8%)明显高于女生(6.1%);网络成瘾报告率为2.4%,男生(3.8%)明显高于女生(1.1%);学生上网的目的70.1%为聊天、66.3%为多媒体娱乐,53.2%为玩游戏,47.6%为浏览新闻,43.6%为查阅学习资料。结论河南省城市中学生网络使用已非常普遍。应采取有效干预措施,引导学生正确合理地利用互联网。
Objective To investigate the situation of Internet use and Internet addiction disorder（IAD） among urban middle school students, and provide evidence for prevention measures. Methods By using stratified and cluster sampling method, 12 641 city middle school students from Henan province were selected to have an investigation of Internet use and addiction with an anonymous questionnaire. Results The percentage of net surfing in＇ middle school students was 76.2 %, among them male students （ 82.3 % ） was significantly higher than the female （ 70.7 %, P〈0.01）. More over, percentage of IAD tendency was 12.2%：18.8% for male and 6. 1% for female （P〈0.01）. At the same time, percentage of IAD reached 2.4%：3.8 % for male and 1.1% for female （P〈0.01） . The main intentions of net surfing were chatting（70.1%） , amusement （66.3 %） and playing game（ 53.2% ）, etc. Conclusion Percentage of IAD tendency and IAD is high in city middle school students＇ which affects mental health in adolescents. It is necessary to take actions to help students Use Internet reasonably.
