水稻氨基酸含量的品种间差异及与遗传密码数的关系 被引量:11

摘要 分析了同一环境条件下,正季收获的59个早籼品种(组合)糙米的17种氨基酸含量和蛋白质含量,结果表明:糙米中8种必需氨基酸与9种非必需氨基酸的绝对含量与相对含量,品种(组合)间存在明显差异;各品种氨基酸的绝对含量都与其蛋白质含量呈正相关;各氨基酸绝对含量的品种间变幅与变异系数均大于其相对含量的变幅与变异系数;糙米蛋白质质量也存在明显的品种间差异,赖氨酸是水稻的第一限制性氨基酸,少数水稻品种缺乏苏氨酸、胱氨酸、蛋氨酸、异亮氨酸等氨基酸;水稻蛋白质中各种氨基酸相对含量和平均值与其对应的遗传密码数达到显著水平的正相关。 Fifty nine rice varieties (combinations) harvested from the same environmentconditions durimg the normal season were analysed on the 17 amino acids in Hitachi 835-50type Auto-Amino Acid Analyser and were analysed on their protein contents by Kjeldahlmethod. The results are as follows: There are differences of the relative contents (g aminoacid/ 100 g protein) and the absolute contents (mg amino acid/g sample) of 8 essentialamino acids and 9 non-essential amino acids in brown rice between the varieties (combina-tions). The correlations between the absolute amino acid contents of all varieties (combina-tions) to their protein contents are possitive. The variant range and cofficient of variation ofthe absolute amino acid contents are bigger than that of relative amino acid contents. Thereare differences of protein quality of brown rice between the varieties (combinaions). The va-riant range of essential amino acid index of all varieties is 81.50~96.07 per cent. Lysine is thefirst limiting amino acid. Few rice varieties are deficient in threonine, cystine, methionine,and isoleucine. The correlations between the relative content average code numbers arepossitive of significant level.
