人性化管理作为一种以人为本的管理方法,对于新办本科院校而言,日益凸显出其重要性和价值.东莞理工学院工商管理系在人性化管理方面,进行了开创性探索.该系在服务学生考研方面,在考前、复习、考后所做的工作,都体现了人性化管理的理念.
Humanized management as a way of people-first management is showing its importance and value for new regular universities. The Department of Business Administration of Dongguan University of Technology is conducting a pioneering exploration for humanized management Its service for helping students to take for postgraduate entrance examinations, including its work done for students before the examination, in their review and after the examination, all embodies the concept of humanized management, which offers important reference and inspiration for its counterparts.
