摘要
从汕头湾海底沉积物中分离到24株表面活性剂产生菌,对其中一株产生物表面活性剂能力最强的菌株(SB12)进行鉴定、发酵条件优化及生物表面活性剂特性的初步研究.经鉴定,确定该菌株为假单胞菌(Pseudomonas sp.).对其产生物表面活性剂的发酵条件进行优化,确定了最佳单因子发酵条件:氮源为蛋白胨,盐浓度为0.1%,pH 9.5,温度为25℃,培养时间为6 d;优化后的最小表面张力为19.77 mN/m.分析发酵液中生物表面活性剂的特性发现:菌株SB12产生的生物表面活性剂具有良好的乳化性能,乳化力达91%;产生的生物表面活性剂具有较广的温度和pH适应范围.
Twenty-four biosurfactant-producing microorganisms were isolated from the bay of Shantou and Strain SB12 was the best one for produced biosurfactant. Strain SB12 was identified as Pseudomonas sp.. After cultural condition optimization, the optimal fermentation conditions of SB12 for producing biosurfactant were: peptone was as nitrogen source, 0.1% NaC1, pH9.5, cultivated at 25 ℃ for 6 d. The surface tension reduced to 19.77 mN/m. The biosuffactant produced by SB12 had good emulsify efficiency(its emulsification index was 91%), good rang of temperature adaptation(even bear the high temperature up to 121 ℃) and also a wide adaptable pH range of 4. 0-12.0.
