摘要
通过问卷调查和数理统计等方法对影响体育舞蹈教师专业素质的主要因素进行了分析,得出影响体育舞蹈教师专业素质的因素多集中在客观方面,如缺少资金,缺少机会,管理体制不完善以及学习氛围不浓等。而有些因素是主观方面的,可以通过个人的努力来改进。
With the methods of questionnaire and statistics, it made an analysis of the main factors influencing the professional quality of teachers for sports dance. It found that the main factors influencing the professional quality of teachers for sports dance focused on the objective ones, such as lack of funds, lack of opportunities, non - perfection of managing system and insufficient atmosphere of learning. However, some factors were subjective and it could be improved by individual effort.
