摘要
新形势下受素质教育推行的要求,体育教师必须要具备更为全面的素质,通过文献资料的查阅,在分析历史环境、课程改革和时代发展等对学校体育影响的的基础上,发现体育教师的素质结构基本包括思想道德素质、身心素质、知识素质和能力素质四个方面。本文从以上四个方面对体育教师的素质结构作了论述,希望能为提高体育教师素质提供参考。
Under the new situation of the quality education requirements,teachers must have a more comprehensive quality,through literature review,based on analyzing the effects of historical environment,curriculum reform and development of school physical education on the quality structure of PE teachers,found the base including ideological and moral quality,psychological quality,four aspects of quality and knowledge.The article discusses the quality structure of PE teachers from the above four aspects,hoping to provide a reference for improving the quality of physical education teachers.
