摘要
在网络经济条件下,信息资源成为最重要的社会资源。在企业生产经营活动中,信息既是生产要素,又是管理要素,在开发利用物质资源、保证企业健康运营与增效方面起着极其重要的作用。而对以信息能力的内涵要求来提高企业的信息能力,是适应电子商务要求推进企业信息化所需解决的根本性问题。
Under the network economy, information resource becomes the most important social resources. In the enterprise production management, information is not only the element, but also the essential management factor; in the material resource development and utilization, information plays an extremely important role in guaranteeing enter- prises operation healthy and efficiency. To enhance the information ability of enterprises is the way to meet the e - commeree requirement and to promote the enterprise informatization.
