摘要
为优化供应链运营效率,辅助供应链各节点企业协同利用各自资源和整合服务流程,快速应对客户需求,构建了基于云计算视角的供应链运营模式,介绍云计算的内涵和特点,以及供应链环境下应用云计算的必要性,提出了一种面向供应链的云计算服务,即基于云计算的供应链系统方案.另外,描述了供应链云服务模式下的业务架构和技术架构,并分析其优劣势.最后,总结出供应链企业实施云计算战略的5个步骤.
In order to optimize the operation efficiency of supply chain and help multiple players coordinate for jointly utilizing individual resources, better dealing with service process and more quickly answering the customer＇s demand, a cloud computing perspective model of supply operation was proposed. The basic idea of cloud computing was explained with the supply chain operation model, the intension and characteristics of cloud computing was introduced, and the necessity of applying cloud computing in the supply chain environment was pointed out. A new supply chain management（SCM） model based on cloud computing was put forward, whose structure in the aspects of both business and technology was elaborated subsequently. A five-step method was proposed for companies to consider cloud computing strategy in their supply chain management.
