摘要
摩托车车架的振动主要来源于发动机激励与车架之间的共振,如何有效地避开发动机低阶激励的振动频率,是摩托车车架优化设计的主要目标之一。本文通过优化车架结构尺寸,借助于MSC.Nastran结构优化的强大功能,研究摩托车在常用挡位下,尽可能避开由于发动机激励与车架固有频率引起的共振。验证了优化后车架结构的强度及设计的正确性。
The vibration of motorcycle comes from the sympathetic vibration between the motorcycle frame and the engine. How to avoid the lower frequency of the engine is the main purpose of the structural optimization. In this paper, the frequency response optimization for frame is carried out. The result is helpful to understand how to avoid the resonance between the lower inherent frequency of frame and the inertia frequency of engine by the MSC. Nastran under the normal velocity corresponding four gears for motor. Comparing the dynamic property of pre-optimization with that of post-optimization, we revise the parameter of frame and verify its practical value and the accuracy obtaining from the result of optimization of the frame.
