摘要
针对消音器总成在实际使用中出现与连接管断裂的问题,本文运用UG软件进行三维模型,运用Hypermesh NX MasterFEM软件对消声器进行模态分析、瞬态动力响应失效因子分析及定性疲劳分析,提出不同的改进方案,并将各种方案进行对比,确定优化改进方案。
For the problem that muffler assembly fractures from connecting pipe in actual use,a 3D model is built using UG software,and muffler modal analysis,transient dynamic response analysis of failure factors and qualitative fatigue analysis to muffler is done using Hypermesh NX MasterFEM software. Several schemes are put forward. Through comparison of the analysis results,the optimum design is determined.
