摘要
目的:为在医院住院药房推广应用全自动单剂量药品分包机提供参考。方法:介绍我院使用的全自动单剂量药品分包机工作原理、流程及主要结构、功能,评价其应用价值,指出需进一步解决的问题。结果:全自动单剂量药品分包机进行单剂量摆药准确性高、效率高,减轻了药师的工作强度,但药品包装成本、耗材成本、药品质量是需要进一步解决的问题。结论:全自动单剂量药品分包机适合于住院患者口服药品单剂量摆药,有助于提高药房工作质量和服务水平。
OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the application of automatic tablet packing machine in the inpatients dispensary. METHODS： The working principle and flow, the main structure and function of the automatic tablet packing machine used in our hospital were introduced, and its application value was evaluated and the problems remained to be dealt with were pointed out. RESULTS： The automatic tablet packing machine had the advantages of high accuracy and efficiency, and reduced working intensity, however, the costs for the packaging and consumables, and the low drug quality were the problems remained to be solved. CONCLUSIONS： Automatic tablet packing machine is suitable for the dispensing of oral single dose of tablets for inpatient patients, and it helps to improve the work quality and the service level in the dispensary for inpatients.
