摘要
通过对贵阳市土地利用与经济发展的相关分析,结果表明:耕地面积与GDP、固定资产投资、第三产业增加值和工业增加值均呈负相关关系;建设用地与之呈正相关关系。从弹性系数的研究发现,在耕地面积减少的数量和建设用地面积增加的数量相等时,影响最大的是GDP,最小的是工业增加值,但是,各自创造的经济价值不一样,建设用地面积所创造的价值是耕地面积的两倍之多。
The land use is closely related to regional economic development. Based on analying the relationship between land use and economic development in Guiyang, results showed that relationships of cultivation area and GDP, fixed asset investment, added value of tertiary industry and added value of industry were negative, but relationships between construction land and them were positive. From the coefficient of elasticity study, when quantity of arable land reduction is equal to construction land increase, the impact is the largest on GDP, and the industrial added value is the lowest. But the economic value they created is not the same, the area of construction land creates twice value as much as that of arable land.
