摘要
以钛酸四丁酯为钛源,硝酸铁[Fe(NO3)3]为掺杂剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了含铁的纳米二氧化钛光催化剂。对样品进行XRD、TEM、UV-Vis表征,研究了Fe3+/TiO2纳米晶光催化降解罗丹明B的影响,高压汞灯照射80 min,可降解溶液中70%的罗丹明B,具有较高的催化降解效率。结果表明,样品的光催化效果较好,晶型为锐钛矿结构,颗粒尺寸细小,分散均匀。探讨了催化剂的作用机理。
By tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source, the ferric nitrate is the doping agent, used the sol-gel method to prepare Fe-doped titanium dioxide photocatalyst. The structure and morphology of the obtained samples were characterized by XRD ,TEM ,UV-Vis. The photocatalytic activity was evaluated by the degradation of rhodamine B solution. The result indicated that the 70% rhodamine B was degradated under radiation time of 80 min, then the crystal is the anatase structure, the particles discussed the catalyst action mechanism.
