摘要
以Cu(NO_3)_2·3H_2O和Ce(NO_3)_3·6H_2O为改性剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Cu-Ce/TiO_2。利用XRD、LPSA、SEM、BET、UV-Vis和DVS对Cu-Ce/TiO_2的物质组成、粒度分布、微观形貌、孔结构和光学性能进行表征。结果表明,Cu-Ce/TiO_2具有大量锐钛矿型TiO_2,促使其吸收边带呈现明显的拓展与红移。Cu-Ce/TiO_2呈现较为规则的球状且结构致密,其粒径较大且局部出现团聚。Cu-Ce/TiO_2的比表面积为107.06m2/g、孔体积为0.1268~0.1354mL/g、平均孔直径为4.29~5.47nm,具有良好的孔结构。Cu-Ce/TiO_2在4h的甲醛降解效率为50.9%,在相对湿度35%~75%的平衡含湿量为0.0143~0.1005g/g,具有良好的光催化性能与吸放湿性能。
With Cu(NO3)2·3H2O and Ce(NO3)3·6H2O as modifiers,Cu-Ce/TiO2 was prepared by sol-gel method.Composition,particle size distribution,microstructure,pore structure and optical property of Cu-Ce/TiO2 were characterized by XRD,LPSA,SEM,BET,UV-Vis and DVS.Experimental results showed that Cu-Ce/TiO2 contained a large number of anatase TiO2,prompting obvious expansion and redshift of absorption sideband.Cu-Ce/TiO2 presented more regular ball and dense structure,of which the size was larger and partial agglomeration came out.With good pore structure,Cu-Ce/TiO2 had specific surface area of 107.06m^2·g^(-1),pore volume of 0.1268~0.1354mL·g^(-1),and average pore diameter of 4.29~5.47 nm.What's more,Cu-Ce/TiO2 showed good photocatalytic performance and moisture performance,i.e.,formaldehyde degradation rate was 50.9% at 4h and equilibrium moisture content was 0.0143~0.1005g·g^(-1) from RH=35%to RH=75%.
