摘要 以聚醚SLD-2072为原料,丙烯酸为扩链剂,过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,盐酸为酯化催化剂,二甲苯为溶剂,进行聚合酯化反应,合成新型高效破乳剂,考察了诸因素对产物破乳性能的影响。实验表明,当单体质量比聚醚SL-DA-2072∶丙烯酸=10∶1,丙烯酸用量为5 g,引发剂用量为1 g,聚合温度为80℃,聚合反应时间为8 h,酯化温度为160℃,所得破乳剂的原油破乳效果最佳。在破乳剂加量100×10-6时,新型破乳剂对安塞原油、南泥湾原油及靖边原油的脱水率分别达到95%,93%及89%,出水速度快,油水界清。 Take polyether as raw materials, acrylic as the chain extender,benzoyl peroxide as the initiator, hydrochloric acid as the catalyst esterification, xylene as solvent, to produce a new type of high efficient demulsifier. Investigating various factors on the performance of demulsification. The experiments showed that the best effect of crude oil demulsification was obtained under the follow conditions, the ratio of monomer( polyether:acrylic = 10 : 1 ), dosage of acrylic acid 5g,initiator is 1g, the polymerization temperature is 80℃, the polymerization reaction time is 8 h, esterificafion temperature is 160℃. When the demulsification added is 100 × 10^-6, the rate of dehydration of Ansai crude oil, Nanniwan crude oil and Jingbian crude oil were 95% ,93% ,89% ,respectively, output water is fast,and oil-water interface is distinct.
