Impact of Network-centric Warfare on Future Command and Control Process

摘要 随着网络中心战的出现,指挥与控制将越来越重要,指挥与控制可为决策者提供必要的信息,使态势评估、制定计划和执行任务更容易,指挥官实施的影响指挥控制的程序称之为指挥控制过程。在简述指挥控制过程作用的基础上,分析了当前典型的3个指挥控制过程模型,结合当前的指挥控制方法阐述了网络中心战给未来指挥控制过程带来的机遇和挑战。 Command and control is asserting increasing importance with the advent of NCW. Command and control serves to provide the decision maker the required information, and facilitate situation assessment, planning and execution. The procedure employed by a commander to effect command and control is termed the command and control process or the C2 process. First, describing the function of command and control process briefly, then analyzed current three typical model of command and control process, based on current command and control method, expatiated the opportunity and challenge that NCW will bring on in the process of future command and control.
