战场指挥控制时效性影响因素分析 被引量:9

摘要 决策者完成指挥控制任务的时限受多种因素影响,对这些因素的解析化分析,有助于指挥信息系统设计及指挥控制任务的分配。以OODA指挥控制模型和Endsley态势感知模型为背景,在对态势信息进行量化的基础上,提出战场态势信息量、提供给决策者的态势信息量、态势感知速度、决策者动作时间和态势信息有效期等影响决策者完成指挥控制任务的时限的参数。用推导和仿真计算的方法分析了各参数间的相互关系及其对指挥控制过程时效性的影响。
