摘要
本文通过对黑龙江省穆棱沸石矿矿石在环保领域的应用研究,提高该区沸石矿的开发利用程度。利用该区沸石矿矿石的化学成分、离子交换性能、吸附性能的数据资料,归纳总结出该区矿石的优越性能以及在环保领域的应用方向。依据矿石的化学成分特征,划分了斜发沸石和丝光沸石的所属类型,以高硅的钾—钙型斜发沸石和碱性钾型丝光沸石为主;依据矿石的离子交换性能,得出本区富矿、中等品位矿石居多;依据吸附性能,得出本区矿石对SO2气体的吸附能力最强,对CO2的吸附能力最弱,并且丝光沸石岩(产于光明—半截沟、风月桥—干沟子矿段)的吸附性能优于斜发沸石岩。沸石在环保领域的应用广泛,且开采成本低,应尽快提高该区沸石矿的利用水平,使该区成为重要的沸石矿产基地。
The purpose of this article is to improve the development and utilization of the zeolite in Muling in Heilongjiang Province by the research on the ore's environmental protection application. The ore's superior capability and the applied aspect can be concluded by the information of the ore's chemical composition, ion-exchange property and adsorbability. According to the ore's chemical composition specificity, the main type of clinoptilolite and mordenite are respectively high-Si and K-Ca type clinoptilolite and alkali K type mordenite. Based on the ore's ion-exchange property, it is concluded that there are more high and moderate grade ore in the area. With reference to the ore's adsorbability, it is seen that the ore can adsorb SO2 most and CO2 least. Furthermore, the mordenite (locating on the Guangrning-Banjiegou and Fengyueqiao-Gangouzi ore block) has a superior adsorbability to the clinoptilolite. Zeolite is widely used in the environmental protection field and can be mined at a low cost. The zeolite deposit of Muling Area should be utilized effectively and availably and it is supposed to be an important zeolite producing area.
