摘要
目的总结动脉导管未闭（PDA）外科治疗的经验。方法256例患者在体外循环下进行PDA直视缝合术5G例，经胸膜内结扎术170例，经胸膜外结扎术10例，心内合并畸形同期矫治。结果255例治愈，死亡1例，随访未发现导管再通及假性动脉瘤。结论PDA一经确诊，即应积极手术治疗。确实可靠的降压对预防术中大出血保证手术成功至关重要。
Objective To review the surgical experience of 236 patients with patent ductus arteriosus.Methods Retrospective study was donet236 cases in patients with extracorporeal circulation under the PDA suture of 56 cases, the pleura, ligation 170 cases, the pleura, ligation of 10 cases, the heart of the same period a joint deformity correction. Result Of 235 cases in patients cured, one case of death, follow-up found no duct patency and pseudoaneurysm.
