摘要
基于PIC单片机,设计了海底管道内变形检测仪。通过单片机来控制位移传感器检测管道是否变形,然后将形变量存储到大容量Flash存储器中。通过串口将存储器中的数据传送到上位机,将数据以曲线的形式形象地显示出来,以便操作人员及时发现管道是否变形。
An advanced undersea pipeline inside diameter deformation detector is designed on the basis of PIC MCU. The displacement sensor are controlled by the MCU, to detect the pipeline deformations. Then, the deformation data are stored in the large- capacity Flash Memory. Finallly, the data of the Flash Memory are transmitted to the host computer through the serial interface, a displayed in the form of curve, So it is convenient for the operaters to detect the pipeline deformations.
