摘要
简要介绍了森吉米尔轧机自动厚度控制(AGC)的特点及森吉米尔轧机AGC系统的构成,并进一步分析了冷轧机厚度控制的原理;详细介绍了森吉米尔轧机自动厚度控制系统的各个AGC回路(包括B ISRAAGC、前馈AGC、反馈AGC、Sm ith AGC、秒流量AGC以及张力监控AGC)的计算公式和控制作用。结合森吉米尔轧机AGC系统的实际应用,讨论了各个AGC控制回路的相互关系。
The characteristics of the Automatic Gauge Control （AGC） and the configurations of the AGC system for Sendzimir Mill are introduced briefly. The thickness control principle for the mill is further analyzed. The calculation formulae and control functions for each loop are given out in this paper, including BISRA AGC, feed forward AGC, feed backward AGC, Smith AGC, master flower AGC and tension monitor AGC that are used by the AGC system of Sendzimir Mill. In combination with the applications of the system, the interrelations of each AGC loop were discussed.
